　　10th,Sep is the festival of teachers. As teachers, they are responsible for their students. The task is great and difficult. On the other hand, for they, teaching is a job for earning money as well.
　　
　　In a TV program, the preside said that the social would thank for the teachers, since they are dedicated themselves to education of the next generation who will be the main objects of society. They will play very important role in the further development of country.
　　
　　How about the other fields, I believe everyone is like a accessory which belongs to a huge machine. And this machine is our society. Everyone is working and acts one role.
　　
　　But how does push the machine run efficiently and rapidly? I believe if we were like teachers, love and treat our jobs with all of our sincerity and efforts. In an other word, a doctor should be careful for every illness and patients cause the result of treatment is concerned a life. A fireman should be try their best to put out fire, which concern the victim’s life and property. A enterpriser should be work hard and rack their brains to make profits for the companies, which concerns the fate of companies and the whole economic as well.
　　
　　Keeping a good development needs a stable and efficient system or policy, it should be able to support the society running in a long tern.
