ask for suggestion

I want to write something and present them here to getting some advice in order to improving my English, Actully I don’t know what I should be write here. Talking something happened besides of me during current several years.
　　
　　The year of 2004 i have been worked in a factory as a merchandiser, I know my English level is not good but I can easy to communication with oversea customer but not pay special attention to the grammar. I am a assistance when I come to that factory, at that time, I was very happy to getting the chance to working in English field and thought that I can gain some knowledge from the work. Yes, I did it now.
　　
　　Actully, it is very happy to working in the factory, our office have twenty girls no man/boy, our boss don’t know the man and boy work in our department. All the people in our department is intercourse with oversea customer so perhaps the boss was afraid that the man or boy will reave the customer as man/boy have more ambition than girls. As all is the girls, so we are easy to communication and harmonization. I still can remember that every weekend we have 3-5 girls together to the supermarket to buying something and then cooking at the dormitory. (we have applied for the kitchen tools from factory). We are all like to cooking and always discuss how to cooking with good taste. Sometimes to learning swimming, and mountain climbing etc. it is very wonderful, I miss that pressure moments.
　　
　　At the very beginning of 2008 I was resigned my job as I have another new objective—to work in the company, maybe it will be getting more chance. But I do it not very smoothly, I am hunting the job for two months. During this period I am very disappointed and depressed. For hunting job I merely cost all the money in my pocket.
　　I think that maybe it’s my own Chinese Zodiac year so everything for me is not goes smoothly. A that time, I have no choice but to reduce my salary requirement in order to find the job shortly especially in the company.
　　I only want to obtain the opportunity to work in a company. I don’t know what I should do, I am crazy, I was refused all the factory’s interview. because one sentence always occurred in my mind, that’s I only want to work in a company….
　　
　　At May I was found the job in a company finally. It is a foreign capital, but as I am urgent to find the job and was mentioned above in order to obtain the opportunity I was reduce my salary requirement, so come to this company my salary not high as I expected before. Everybody think that I could be get high salary as I worked in foreign capital, actually it is not. Nowadays, The foreigner is more canniness than before. They also cannot give you good salary if you have not good knowledge background. Everything in this company is good except the salary is not good, I am not very happy while I consider the money, who can give me some suggestion am I still need to working here??? Thanks for all of your advice, no matter for the grammar problem or my work suggestion, welcome your comments……
